Aufgaben:
- Assist in global technical sourcing activities and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Support central technology departments in projects and innovation sourcing
- Coordinate communication with internal/external partners and provide input for decisions
- Help maintain stakeholder relationships through documentation and reporting
- Prepare and support price and contract negotiations under guidance of senior staff
- Use procurement tools for analysis, reporting, and process support
- Track supplier performance and prepare evaluations
- Support supplier development measures and workshops
Qualifikationen:
- Completed business apprenticeship with further education in business administration, business management (Fachwirt, Betriebswirt etc.) or comparable
- Initial professional experience in purchasing or a comparable support function is an advantage
- Experience in SAP O25 Purchasing Module, with a focus on:
- Order Processing (creation, modification, and tracking of purchase orders)
- Data Maintenance (management of master data, updating supplier and material information)
- Understanding of purchasing processes and business management contexts
- Team-oriented approach to work, organizational skills, and high service orientation
- Very good communication skills in German and English
