Director SC Core Processes and Compliance (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
As Supply Chain Core Processes and Compliance Director you will be part of the Corporate Supply Chain Group that delivers a competitive advantage by achieving a high level of operational excellence as well as compliance.
In this role you will contribute breakthrough results by:
Continuously increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of core supply chain processes like S&OP, inventory management and product rollover management.
Developing effective and efficient processes to achieve and maintain compliance meeting supply chain related laws, regulations and standards requirements like the CSDD, CSRD, NIS2 ...
Develop and establish strategies, methodologies and processes to enhance the resilience of the global supply chain networks.
You will team up and collaborate with the related stakeholders world-wide to enhance their productivity and enable them to achieve their business objectives.
You will establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency and anchor corresponding KPI's in the functional teams for continuous monitoring and improvements.
You will report in to the head of the Corporate Supply Chain Management Unit and your organization will consist of experts in the areas of S&OP, inventory management, product rollover management, SC compliance and resiliency management.
